TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills)

The TOLES examinations were developed to meet the demand from law firms, companies, legal institutions, lawyers and law students for an accurate method of assessing an individual’s proficiency of legal English. TOLES has been developed by legal professionals with expertise in English language training. It is the result of extensive consultation with law firms and institutions and is regularly revised to reflect the on-going changes that occur within the legal profession.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)

An American examination. TOEFL scores are required for purposes of admission by more than 2,400 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. In Europe, TOEFL is also used by institutions where English is the language of instruction. Many government agencies, scholarship programmes, and licensing/certification agencies use TOEFL scores to evaluate English proficiency.

Mini Group

The English Mini Group course is designed to cover the same course content as outlined in our General English Course. It offers the benefit of studying in a group but with fewer numbers, so that students have more opportunity to actively participate during the lesson and get more teacher attention than they would in larger classes. Smaller numbers offer more flexibility in planning the course content around the individual needs of the participants.
Intensive English – 30

By devoting more hours to tuition, students can give their English a kick-start in a relatively short period of time. Within the Intensive English course, students follow the General English Course and have a further 2 sessions per day of 45 minutes each. They are given the opportunity to consolidate their General English studies and have further options to cover new ground.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System)

IELTS is administered jointly by The British Council, IDP Education Australia and the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate. It is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work wherever English is used as the language of communication. It covers all four language skills at nine levels from non-user to expert user. IELTS scores are widely accepted by educational institutions, can be used as entry to training courses and are recognised by other services and businesses such as immigration and recruitment. This course can be taken as General English or Intensive English. Intermediate level of English is requested to join this exam preparation course.
C2 Proficiency (formerly known as CPE)

C2 Proficiency is at Level 5 in the Cambridge five level system. This course indicates an advanced level of competence which is recognised as fulfilling entrance requirements in English language to British universities and many universities in other English-speaking countries, and by other institutions of higher education and professional bodies worldwide. In a number of countries the CPE provides exemption from local English language requirements or is a qualification for admission to courses or employment where a thorough knowledge of English is required.
C1 Advanced (formerly known as CAE)

C1 Advanced is at Level 4 in the Cambridge five level system. This course indicates a high level of language competence for candidates wishing to use English for professional or study purposes. It is recognised by the majority of British universities and higher education institutions as fulfilling entrance requirements in English language.
