Quality is enshrined in the culture of AM Language and our vision and missions statements are based on quality
“We, the staff of AM Language, Malta, are committed to providing a high standard of quality English language programmes on the island of Malta – to our wide range of students from all over the world.
We provide all this by means of quality, cost effective language study programmes aimed at immersing our clients in an English speaking environment at all times, coupled with the advantage of an interesting programme in a Mediterranean environment.”
Our continued success relies on the quality of service, which we provide to our customers at the best possible price the market has to offer. We define quality as the ability to satisfy customer requirements first time every time and we require similar levels of quality from our key service providers at all times and in every area of service.
Our management structure is in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standards. Procedures are established to meet customer requirements and are also in accordance with local legislation with the view of satisfying clients every expectation.
In this way we may benefit from improving business performance and increasing the satisfaction of our customers, employees and shareholders. We will also develop working environments, which encourage us to achieve continuing improvements in all areas of our activities. In essence our quality policy is to ‘get it right, first time’.
We will maintain the highest possible levels of repeat business by providing our students with high standards of quality and value in every area whether tuition, accommodation or leisure programmes. It is our intention to provide these services at the best possible value by identifying and meeting their needs first time, on time, every time so as to surpass our client’s expectations each and every time.
